HSSEQ Assistant
Our client, a Group of Companies in Limassol, is looking for a HSSEQ Assistant. This project will have a duration till around July 2027.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the collation of all requirements for the daily operational SSOW process, including PTW, TBT, TBRA, Lifting Plans, Personnel Training, Lifting Appliance and Equipment Test Certification
- Create and upload all necessary evidence as required to maintain the company’s EHS System (SAI360)
- Provide advice and coaching to all personnel regarding operational and occupational health and safety on-site, ensuring visible safety presence in yard and quayside operations
- Produce high-quality periodical HSSEQ reports as required
- Develop training materials and deliver sessions for TBT and other training needs

- Manage all waste manifests and collections as required for the project
- Deliver site safety inductions to all staff, clients, and visitors, ensuring the presentation is regularly updated
- Ensure site PPE holdings are adequate and record any issues reported by staff
- Encourage all staff to participate in the company’s behavioral safety scheme (SHOC)
- Participate in incident investigation teams as required
- Exercise STOP work authority across the site as part of the company’s Lifesaving Rules
- Perform any other task as requested by HSSEQ Manager within the general scope of HSSEQ
Requirements:
- Holder of a professional Health, Safety, Security, Environment and Quality (HSSEQ) Qualifications (National Examination Board in Occupational Safety and Health (NEBOSH) / National Vocational Qualification (NVQ) or Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH))
- Internal Audit Certification
