Our client, a Marine Services Company in Limassol, is looking to hire a Operations & Logistics Manager. The person will operate as a distributor of Personal Protective Equipment coveralls across multiple locations.

This is an exciting opportunity to establish a new operation from the ground up and play a key role in its successful launch and future growth.

 
Responsibilities:

  • Implement robust warehouse and operational procedures
  • Oversee inventory management and stock control
  • Coordinate warehousing, logistics, and distribution activities across multiple locations
  • Work closely with management to ensure a smooth and successful business launch
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and streamline processes
  • Establish reporting structures and key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor operational performance

 
Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in a similar industry
  • Experience in logistics and supply chain management, warehousing, distribution, inventory management, or stock control
  • Experience in pick, pack, fulfilment, and warehouse operations
  • Project management experience, ideally involving new business start-ups or operational set-ups
  • Strong organisational, planning, and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment

Junior KYC Administrator- Part time/ or Full time

Salary:

Our client is a group which operates in the shipping industry for over 2 decades and today runs from several offices globally. The wider team consists of very diversified environment with 10 different nationalities across 6 office and they are looking for a Junior KYC Administrator to join their team based in Limassol either on a part time or full-time basis.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain companies in good standing across various jurisdictions (update KYC, ensure all payments and updates are in order, arrange for documents)
  • Deal with local fiduciary requirements, accounts, submissions, taxes, annual reports
  • Liaise with local payroll companies
  • Stay on top of local payroll calculations, new employee onboardings, ensure all employee data is in order, all payslips are prepared, all employees have work visas and those are updated on time
  • Speak to agents at different jurisdictions in order to open new companies. Understand local requirements in each region (costs, audits, employments, taxes, office rentals, local bills, etc)
  • KYC process with counterparties (clients, suppliers, banks, insurers, agents, lawyers, etc)
  • Sign contracts, send KYC information, prepare letters (as requested)

Requirements:

  • Greek and English speaking

Our client, a Global Marine Safety & Security Services Company in Limassol, is looking for a Director of Compliance to lead the compliance, governance, quality, health & safety, and security management systems across the Group.

This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic yet hands-on compliance professional who is passionate about building robust management systems, maintaining internationally recognized certifications, and driving operational excellence across a diverse and growing organization.

Reporting directly to executive leadership, you will play a critical role in ensuring the Group maintains the highest standards of compliance, governance, quality, health & safety, and security.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Group's Integrated Management System (IMS).
  • Maintain and continually improve ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 18788, and ISO 28007 management systems.
  • Develop and implement the Group's compliance strategy, policies, and governance framework.
  • Lead internal and external audits, certification programs, and continual improvement initiatives.
  • Oversee enterprise compliance, regulatory requirements, and operational risk management.
  • Provide compliance guidance and support to operational and commercial teams.
  • Lead incident investigations, corrective actions, and organizational learning initiatives.
  • Act as the primary liaison with certification bodies, regulatory authorities, and client compliance teams.

Requirements:

  • At least 6 years of proven experience in a senior Compliance, QHSE, Governance, or Integrated Management Systems leadership role.
  • Management experience is required
  • Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 (must)
  • Experience leading internal and external audits and managing certification programs.
  • Strong understanding of corporate governance, compliance frameworks, and enterprise risk management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to operate independently within an international business environment.
  • Experience within the maritime, shipping, offshore, marine services, security, defense, or oil & gas sectors is preferred
  • Knowledge of ISO 18788 Security Operations Management is a must
  • Knowledge of ISO 28007 Private Maritime Security Certification is a plus
  • ISO Lead Auditor qualifications are desirable
  • NEBOSH or equivalent Health & Safety qualification is an addition
  • Experience supporting international operations and multi-jurisdictional compliance is an advantage.
  • Excellent English skills are required. Greek skills are a plus
  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally 3-4 times a year is required.

Our client, a Marine Services Company in Limassol, is looking for a Customer Support Officer.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive enquires from the customer through email.
  • Handling the requests from the quotation stage up until the invoicing stage.
  • Coordinate with the Company's Service Engineers, and make arrangements for traveling, attendance, and submission of service reports.
  • Responsible for the execution and implementation of the complete flow of operations.
  • Search the approved service stations, through the website of the manufacturers and/or the classification societies members of IACS.
  • Maintain the most efficient implementation of the ISO Systems as per Company's standards.
  • Create and control all manual filing systems and relevant office paperwork.

  
Requirements:

  • BSc in Shipping, Maritime and/or at least 1 year of experience in a shipping company is required.
  • Ability and flexibility to work in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines.
