Sales Representative
Our client, a Marketing Company in Limassol, is looking for a Sales Representative. The role involves conducting meetings with prospective candidates and clients, and recruiting influencers/content creators to join the company's roster.
We are specifically looking for a strong, confident and results-driven salesperson with a minimum of 2 years of sales experience, ideally in Forex or face-to-face sales. Strong persuasion, negotiation and closing skills, confidence in meetings and a results-driven mindset are very important.
The person also needs to understand social media, UGC and digital marketing, and is genuinely interested in content creation and production. Ideally, we are looking for a bright, energetic candidate with a strong personal presence who would fit naturally into a creative, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-person and/or virtual sales meetings with leads
- Recruit and close influencers/content creators to join the platform
- Manage the full sales process end-to-end — from initial lead to closing
- Meet monthly sales targets
- Build trustworthy, professional relationships with candidates and clients
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience — in Forex or face-to-face sales
- Strong persuasion skills and confident personal presence
- Available to come to the office for meetings
- Fluent English required; Russian not mandatory but a strong advantage
- Advantage: experience in the creative/influencer/UGC space
- EU-citizenship
Working Hours:
- The working hours are 9:00-18:00 Monday to Friday
