Requirements:

• Experience as a make-up artist (retail or backstage experience is a plus)
• Knowledge of makeup techniques, products, and skincare
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to create customized looks based on client needs
• Passion for beauty and current makeup trends
• Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays
• Professional appearance and team-oriented mindset

Working Schedule:

• Working hours operate on shifts of 6.5 hours each.
• There are no night shifts.
• The first shift starts at 06:00 in the morning and the last shift finishes at 23:00 in the evening.
• Employment is five or six days per week, depending on the needs of the company.
• Overtime is paid with a 1.5x rate, while work on public holidays is paid at double rate (2x).

Benefits: 

• The salary amounts to €1,100 gross, with an additional bonus based on target achievement, as well as payment of a 13th salary and annual leave.
