IVF Clinic Manager
Our client, a leading fertility clinic in Cyprus is looking for an experienced IVF Manager to oversee the daily operations and coordination of the clinic.
This is a key leadership role within a highly specialized fertility environment, requiring previous experience specifically within an IVF Clinic or Fertility Center.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily clinic operations and patient flow
- Coordinate multidisciplinary IVF teams and department communication
- Ensure high standards of patient care and service quality
- Manage scheduling, operational procedures, and clinic workflows
- Support international patient coordination and patient journey management
- Ensure compliance with clinic protocols and operational standards
- Contribute to the continuous improvement and growth of the clinic
Requirements
- Previous experience in a managerial or operational role within an IVF Clinic or Fertility Center is essential
- Strong understanding of IVF clinic operations and fertility patient management
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work within a fast-paced and highly specialized medical environment
- Professional, discreet, and patient-centered approach
- Very good command of the English language
- Greek language will be considered an advantage
