Our client, a Law Firm based in Limassol, is looking to hire a Property Lawyer who is being capable of handling property transactions, including sales and purchases.
Responsibilities:
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating Sale Agreements, Tenancy Agreements, Assignment Agreements and other property-related legal documents.
- Handling property sale and purchase transactions from initial instructions through to completion.
- Conducting legal due diligence in connection with property purchases, including reviewing title deeds, encumbrances, permits, and other relevant documentation.
- Liaising and communicating with clients, counterparties, lawyers, estate agents, developers, banks, and other professionals involved in property transactions.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Property lawyer

- Excellent command of Greek and English
- Located in Cyprus
Working Hours:
The working hours are Monday to Friday: 08:30–13:30 (remote from Cyprus).

Responsibilities:

- Conducting legal research and reviewing legislation and case law.
- Reviewing and managing court cases, including communication with clients and colleagues, and making appearances through the iJustice electronic filing and case management platform, as well as in person when necessary

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate KYC, due diligence, and compliance-related documentation across multiple jurisdictions
- Liaise with banks, corporate service providers, regulators, and external partners
- Manage corporate secretarial matters, including maintaining corporate records, preparing resolutions, minutes and filings

- Support corporate and legal matters related to vessel-owning structures and shipping operations

Requirements:

Legal Advisor
Our client, a Property Development Company in Limassol is looking for a Legal Advisor to oversee all legal aspects of the business. This is an onsite role.
Responsibilities:
- Preparation and legal review of business contracts (general contracting and sub-contracting for the implementation of the design construction and assembly, supply, purchase, and sale of Real Estate).
- Provide professional legal advice, clarifications, and legal opinions to the organisation on relevant aspects concerning property construction and operation projects adopting a proactive approach to ensure that all legal provisions are adhered to and that the firm is protected from adverse legal consequences.
- Review the firm's position regarding local laws and regulations governing construction activities, monitor changes and advise senior management on their implications in order to ensure full compliance of construction projects to laws and regulations.

- Conduct legal research and support the legal team in due diligence processes for real estate transactions and prospective buyers.
Requirements:
- Excellent knowledge of the Cyprus construction and real estate Regulation and practice of its applications.
- Knowledge of construction industry codes.
- Holder of a Law Degree.
- Minimum experience of 3 years in a similar position.
- Familiarity with construction processes and communications

Position Summary
You'll be the legal engine behind every unit sale drafting and negotiating Sale & Purchase Agreements, guiding buyers through the conveyancing process, and ensuring every transaction is watertight, compliant, and completed efficiently. What You'll Do
- Draft, review, and negotiate SPAs and reservation agreements with residential buyers and their legal representatives
- Manage the full conveyancing process from contract to title transfer
- Advise on title, planning permits, and property-related compliance across our active portfolio
- Ensure adherence to Cyprus land registry procedures, transfer rules, and applicable tax obligations
- Coordinate with external counsel, notaries, and government authorities as required
- Support JV and SPV documentation in collaboration with senior management
Key Responsibilities
- LLB or equivalent law degree from a recognised institution
- Registered member of the Cyprus Bar Association
- 3–5 years minimum post-qualification experience in real estate / conveyancing law
