The Role

Key Responsibilities:

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is required.
- Certified Application Developer (CAD) and/or CIS certifications would be an advantage.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- IT Administration
- Provide first-line technical support to staff for hardware, software, and network issues.
