Mechanical Design Engineer
Our client is a Design & Technology Company in Nicosia and they are looking for a Mechanical Design Engineer.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the Research, Design, Development and Implementation of DIY projects
- 3D printer, laser cutter and other wood processing equipment. The developed projects would include the parts, models and lesson plans for students as well as teacher guide.
- Design new products for toy or education along with their play-concepts, plastic or other parts,
- casings models, experiments, building instructions, etc.
- Work closely as part with the educational team as well as the R&D people in various departments
- (Marketing, Product Design, Software and electronics Development, Graphics etc).
- Develop the work using various software,
- Teach and test the lessons developed
- Participate at various school visits or events organized at the store or externally.
- Analyse the D&T and STEM curriculum for all levels of K12 for Cyprus and research on other key countries curriculum as well as latest Publications and Pedagogical trends to develop the methodology and framework of the lesson plans, mapping the developed lesson plans to the curriculum, proposing also new chapters and skills that we aspire to be embraced by Ministries of Education in the future.
- Develop user manuals and teacher guides as well as teacher training programs.
- Present at Conferences and Teacher events.
- When at the store, the Employee must be helpful to other needs requested ad hoc, such as to operate the POS machine, process customer payments, aid with sales and presentations to customers, support the operations and registrations of students and in general provide help with what the company requires for more efficient operations and better customer experience.
Requirements:
- A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Product Design, Education Science (S.T.E.M.)
- Familiarity with 3D CAD software (e.g., Autodesk Inventor, SolidWorks), 3D printing, laser cutting, or platforms like Arduino or Microbit is an advantage—but not required!
- A passion for creativity, hands-on learning, and innovation.
- Enthusiasm for teaching and working with children and adults.
- Located in Nicosia area
Working Hours:
The working hours are 40 per week, spread over 5 days including Saturday (onsite role)

Civil Engineer
This well-established technical Company in Zygi district is looking for a Civil Engineer.
Responsibilities:
- Act as Project Manager / Client Representative for new projects, renovations, maintenance works, repairs, etc.
- Manage, administer, coordinate and supervise technical and construction projects, under the direction of the responsible Manager.
- Ensure compliance with Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) requirements.
- Provide project management services throughout all stages of the project lifecycle, from inception through to completion, including new projects, maintenance works, renovations, repairs, demolitions, etc., as follows:
- Design and Planning Stage:
- Initiate and develop the project brief in collaboration with the responsible Manager.
- Monitor and oversee the design and planning process.
- Organise Value Engineering workshops aimed at achieving optimal design solutions.
- Coordinate the preparation and submission of applications for planning and/or building permits, in collaboration with the appointed consultant, to ensure that all necessary approvals are obtained.
- Monitor and oversee tendering procedures.
- Advise the design team on the construction strategy and appropriate form of contract.
- Organise and evaluate construction tenders in collaboration with the appointed consultant and responsible Manager.
- Construction Stage:
- Monitor project progress, cost and quality, and ensure compliance with the approved programme and budget, in collaboration with the design team and/or third-party consultants.
- Monitor project expenditure to ensure adherence to the approved budget.
- Prepare technical and project progress reports.
- Handover / Completion Stage:
- Negotiate the final account in collaboration with the appointed consultant.
- Assess and negotiate claims in collaboration with the appointed consultant.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, with a postgraduate qualification and/or experience in Project Management of technical and construction projects.
- A postgraduate qualification will be considered an advantage.
- 3–5 years of professional experience as a Civil Engineer.
- Previous experience as a Project Manager.
- Excellent command of both Greek and English.

The working hours are 07:00 – 15:00 Monday to Friday

Responsibilities:
- Maintenance contract management
- Preventive, reactive and major maintenance planning
- Project management, from inception to completion and handover to end user

- Follow up and control of service provider Key Performance Indicators
- Monitoring of on energy consumption and energy management
- Participation in various tasks including electrical design, collaboration with other engineering disciplines, construction of new facilities, renovations, improvements, and upgrades

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
- Member of ETEK
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant working experience

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join their team and contribute towards the successful delivery of challenging projects such as domestic complexes, offices, restaurants, and villas. The day-to-day tasks can significantly vary, making the role diverse and dynamic. The role is primarily office-based but also involves working on construction sites and at clients’ premises.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and submit Electrical drawings and calculations including power, lighting.
- Undertake electrical tests and evaluate system performance in completed installations, in preparation for the electrical inspection by EAC (Electricity Authority of Cyprus).
- Monitor project progress and budgets through site visits.

Requirements:

Assistant Electrician
Our client, a Group of Companies, is looking for an Assistant Electrician for one of their entities with offices based in Limassol.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure a safe work environment for everyone by maintaining safe working practices according to company and legislative requirements.
- Competently operate various equipment and small hand tools.
- Read and interpret design schematics to ensure the proper installation of electrical systems.
- Troubleshoot system failures and equipment malfunctions.
- Repair and maintain electrical equipment.
- Maintain and modify systems to ensure they are safe, reliable, and efficient.
- Complete maintenance forms and service records.
- Ensure operating sites are kept clean and tidy.

Requirements:
