Our client, a leading international game development company, have recently exapnded their operations to Cyprus and they are now looking to hire a team of VIP Sales/Client Relationship Manager to be based at their offices in Limassol.
The position will be responsible for:
Assist in development and implementation of VIP player programs/events to create players loyalty
Answer all inbound calls to VIP Support and conduct outbound calls to assist players
Be involved in performing marketing endeavors/efforts
Perform additional duties as assigned
Respond & resolve support requests assigned to the VIP Support Team
The successful candidates will have:
Excellent knowledge of English (native English is essential)
Experience in working with VIP players in a gaming company is essential
Strong negotiating, verbal and written communication skills
Inside sales experience with proven records is required
High level of trustworthiness
Problem solving ability
Knowledge of Russian will be considered an advantage
Due to the nature of the position and the markets which these positions support, flexibility with working hours is required as going forward there will be a requirement to work on a rotational basis 24/7.
