Job Detail
Our client, an Insurance Company, is looking to hire a Task Force Assistant for their team in Limassol. Task Force Team members are the primary ambassadors of The Company’s customer service. They deliver on their promise to “be there” when customers need us most after an accident, a breakdown, a property incident or emergency or even deliver a policy in customers’ doorstep. This is not a desk job.

Responsibilities:
Attend the scene of the accident, complete and record of all necessary information related to the accident
Responsible for assisting our customer at the scene i.e. injuries might need to be followed at the hospital, the vehicle shall be moved or transported to a garage
Visit the scene of a Property Claim and complete all necessary documents
Deliver Policies and provide customers with branded customer service on the spot
Offer Breakdown and Road Side Assistance
Condition Report for both Vehicles & Properties
Perform outbound Campaigns as may be required
Receive coaching and feedback to help you further develop your skills

Requirements:
School Leaving Certificate
Degree or practical experience proven in Mechanical related field will be considered an advantage Motor Cycle Driving License (at least 125cc)
Energetic and enthusiastic
Greek and English (speaking, reading, writing)
Ability to work under pressure
Telephone etiquette and good interpersonal skills
Computer literacy (MS Office: Word, Excel and Power Point)

The working hours are Monday to Friday, 8-6 and 9-5 on weekly rotation basis with each other
