Our client an International Digital Marketing Agency with offices in a number of locations globally have recently expanded their operation in Cyprus and they are looking to hire an experienced Social Media Marketing Manager for their established office in Limassol.

The position will be responsible for:
Lead and develop the company’s social media strategy
Manage a strategically driven social content calendar for the brand and deliver content that aligns with the company brand and vision
Work with company’s in-house creative production team to create, develop and produce a range of content, including but not limited to images, short videos and GIFs
Meet growth targets and KPIs around growth, engagement, reach and conversions, and continuously work to ensure we meet our targets
Champion social media across the business and constantly be on the lookout for new trends, channels and initiatives that would align with our social and content strategy, including identifying growth opportunities for us in the social media and digital marketing space
Write for a wide range of company channels including digital/web, emails, newsletters, print, video, reports, social media, etc. Ensure prompt and accurate communication with potential clients and clients via SMS to maximize conversions and sales
Have a thorough understanding of keyword research and the ability to create new and optimize existing content
Ability to implement SEO best practices in relation to content creation and website maintenance
Production of PR material (e.g. press releases)
Develop and maintain company brand awareness and online reputation through various social media channels
Content management (including website ie. blog)

The succesful candidate will be/have:
BS/MS degree in Marketing or a related field (an advantage)
Proven track record/portfolio
Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, SMS, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and tracking methods
Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
Strong MS/Excel and computer skills
Experience using Content Management Systems (CMS)
Understanding of paid, owned and earned social media channels and how to use them to increase brand awareness and conversions
Meticulous attention to detail
Project management skills and ability to deliver on time
Highly motivated, confident, resilient and positive attitude
Able to analyse data and metrics and translate insight into actionable strategies
Ability to work under pressure
Energetic and a team playe
