Our client, an IT Company in Limassol, is looking to hire a Social Media Manager who brings new ideas to the table, knows how to manage their time efficiently, and takes their work seriously. The ideal candidate will be comfortable at overseeing a team that manages 10+ social accounts and ensuring everything is performing at its best! You’ll be working with a group of talented and energetic people who are collaborative and work as a team to succeed in all brand initiatives. If you’re a motivated individual with a positive attitude that knows how to manage a team and is organized in task management, then this just might be the job for you. Location: New Jersey, USA.

Daily Activities:
Have regular interaction with social media manager and integrated teams either providing support through strategic direction and recommendations
Support and ensure daily community management tasks are met by the team
Contribute ideas to increase engagement with followers and follower count based on established channel strategies
Help to oversee social media analysis and metrics
Being the leading go-to person where the junior team can ask questions and seek answers
Mentor junior-level staff which includes copy-editing content, polishing their communication, and advising distribution strategy
Social Campaigns, Content & Influencer Programs
Assist in elevating social media and digital strategies, and lead execution of annual and seasonal social media programs and campaigns
Managing the day-to-day delivery of creative and strategic plans across social channels on Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and others as needed
Help lead influencer campaigns to grow brand awareness and assure a steady cadence of high-quality, brand-right content for our social channels
Help to manage Brand Ambassador social media presence and contributor program
Foresee gaps in content flow and proactively propose ideas for engaging the contributor network and internal resources
Continuously monitor channel and content trends and keep the team on top of updates or changes
Report on social media analysis and results on campaigns
Social Calendar & Content Publishing
Lead internal team, partners and contributors to manage the social content calendar with accurate and up-to-date information that aligns with the seasonal marketing calendar and messaging.
Oversee scheduling and posting of all content in sync with the calendar and according to channel goals and best practices for high engagement; check to assure it goes out as planned, including weekends, while nimbly adjusting to unknowns and scheduling changes
Work with internal teams to assure content requirements are clear; manage delivery of assets needed to execute content programs, assure they’re delivered on schedule, and oversee approvals in advance of publication

1-2 years of work experience in social media marketing with demonstrated success.
Familiar with analytic tools such as Iconosquare, Mention, AgoraPulse, etc.
Encompasses team leadership skills and capable a small team
Excellent communication and time management skills
Effective leadership and project management skills
Experience managing large social accounts including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter etc.
Academic background in communication, marketing, or any related program
Organized and able to handle multiple campaigns and projects at once
Capacity to adapt quickly and meet deadlines
Thrives on working in a collaborative, dynamic, fast-paced work environment
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, in particular PowerPoint/Excel
Effective leadership and project management skills
Proficiency in Google Suite, Slack, Dropbox
Interest in the entertainment industry, experience in the field is a plus
