Our client is a performance marketing agency and they are looking for a passionate Social Media & Email Marketing Manager to join their creative team based in Limassol and take over all Social Media channels and tasks and lead all the email marketing strategies and ultimately increase sales.

Stay updated with the latest benchmark trends and audience preferences
Create and implement strategies that align with our overall business goals
Generate, edit and publish engaging content on a daily basis
Administer and moderate various social-media channels
Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics
Define objectives and report on ROI
Respond to followers queries, and monitor reviews
Update social-media channels’ creatives to comply with our brand identity and the latest trends from the industry
Suggest new campaigns and ways of engaging and entertaining our followers
Research new technologies and tendencies for all social-media designs, tools and applications
Create and implement direct email marketing strategies, action-plans and campaigns for various target segments
Work closely with designers to generate responsive and dynamic email creatives to bring in new traffic
Create weekly newsletters
Analyse and optimise campaign performance
Generate reports for the email campaigns’ conversion rate
Collaborate with the sales and marketing departments to reach collective targets
Implement A/B testing campaigns and reports
Closely follow industry policies and best practices

Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager, Email marketing manager or Digital Marketing Specialist
BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field preferable
Experience in content management and copywriting skills
Excellence in delivering creative posts (text, images and videos)
Good understanding of SEO/ SEM practises, keyword research and Google Analytics
Familiarity with online marketing channels
Knowledge of Google Analytics, content management systems and the creation of tracking links
Proficiency in marketing automation technology
Great written communication and copywriting skills
Strong project management skills
Ability to work under pressure and respect tight deadlines
HTML experience is a plus
