Our client is an online gaming company with offices in Limassol and they are looking to recruit a dynamic experience candidate in the role of Senior Fraud & Payment Officer

As Senior Fraud and Payment officer, you will be the person who always thrives to deliver above expectations while working smarter not harder.

Salary & Benefits:
30 000 Euros gross per annum

Working hours:
Monday – Friday 8 hours per day (8am – 5pm or 9am – 6pm)

Essential Competencies:
Excellent Knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data analysis or similar software.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Excellent analytical and organisational skills.

General Requirements :
Strong Interest in data Analysis (Excel, Power BI, Tableau etc…) and process improvement.
Good knowledge of Payment methods:
Merchant account applications.
Back offices/Merchant account configurations
Testing and troubleshooting
Chargeback Management
Strong motivation to constantly improve
Self-starter with ability to work on own initiative and/or as part of a team.

Broad Knowledge of payment methods for various markets.
Good Knowledge of Devcode Payment IQ or similar platforms.
Knowledge of customer verification process for different jurisdictions.
Knowledge of gameplay checks and potentially damaging activities and patterns.
A minimum of 3 full years experience in e-commerce, marketing and/or I-gaming.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist the manager with various tasks not limited to training, procedure reviews, weekly/Monthly reports.
Build Metrics and reports on transactions; share insights to improve
Approval rates
Transactions cost
Risk and Fraud Mitigation
Assist with payment methods’ applications, configuration and testing.
Independently determine transaction issues, damaging activities and be able act according to procedures while proposing more efficient solutions or ideas.
investigate and report valuable updates on payment products and competitor sites.
Review, approve or reject account registrations, deposits and withdrawals
Complete team and individual project work to improve processes and product effectiveness.
Regularly initiate performance and cost analysis on Software Rules and department procedures.
