Our client is a leading and very well established Forex Broker with offices in Limassol and they are currently recruiting further Senior Business Development Officer/Managers and Business Development Officer/Managers.

Senior Business Development Officer/ Manager :
3+ years in a similar role or as the head of a region or team leader within the financial sector
Ability to travel is a must
Additional language to English is a must – related to the region of expertise

Business Development Officer/ Manager:
2+ years in a similar role within the financial sector
Ability to travel is a must
Additional language to English is a must – related to the region of expertise

The role:
The Business Development Manager (BDM) is to assist the company to meet its strategic policies, by researching new markets and new partnerships. The BDM will provide qualitative and quantitative reports and analysis along with market research for new markets and partnerships.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications/skills:
Identify sales targets
Present our products and services to new and existing clients
Conduct market research on a regular basis
Identify key markets and provide with the input
Build strategies for specified markets
Plan webinars, seminars and promotions for targeted markets
Maintain good working relations with existing and new clients
Arrange meetings with existing and prospective contacts
Attend major industry events
Document business development activities
Team Player with a strong work ethic
Able to work under pressure
Fluency in English, both verbal and written is essential
Strong detail oriented and Organisational skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet pressing deadlines

The successful candidate will be accountable for:
