Job Detail
Our client, a busy doctor’s surgery wishes to recruit an experienced secretary/office administrator.

The position will be responsible for:
Reception duties
Preparation of medical reports
Organization of medical meetings
General administration.

The working hours are:
8am – 1pm and 4pm – 7pm Monday – Friday (8am – 1pm on Thursday’s)

The ideal candidate will have/be:
At least 2 years experience in a similar position
Excellent telephone manners & communication skills
Excellent organization skills
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to work under pressure on multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment.
Fluent Greek & English necessary (all written communication is done in English)
Pleasant personality & a discreet manner

This is a full time permanent position.

The client is offering a starting salary of 1200 Euros gross per month to be increased to 1300 Euros based on performance after the probation period.
