Job Detail
Our client a well established Audit/Accounting Firm that have been in operation for over 45 years with offices in Cyprus and Europe is looking to hire a Russian Bookkeeper to join their Accounting Department in Limassol.

The ideal candidate will have:
LCCI/CAT or ACCA (part qualified)
Fluency in Russian and English, with Greek an advantage
At least 2 – 3 years of experience in a similar role ideally dealing within an Accounting Firm
Married to an EU national or EU passport is a must

Correspondence with clients for issues related to the maintenance of the accounting records,
Preparation and collection of all the relevant information from the client and relevant departments for the registration with the social insurance department
Preparation of payroll and tax computation for every new client who has to register with SI and Tax department
Preparation and maintaining of Accounting records
Preparation of Accounting file, for the auditors, together with supporting documentation
Compiling management accounts for clients on quarterly and annual basis.
Registration/ Deregistration of clients for VAT & VIES
Preparation of the quarterly VAT reports, submission of the reports to VAT authority system, and reconciliation to accounting records
Preparation of the monthly VIES reports, submission of the reports to Taxis net and reconciliation to accounting records
Preparation and submission on a monthly basis of the payments to social insurance
Preparation and submission on a monthly basis of the PAYE payments to Tax authority.

The working hours are Monday – Thursday from 8am – 13:15 and 14:30 – 5:45 and Friday’s until 2pm.
