Our client an International High End Retail Establishment is looking to hire a team of 3 – 4 Sales Assistants for their operations here in Limassol
The role will be responsible for:
Creates a positive first impression for the customer by showing an energetic and professional attitude.
Ensure a consistent quality customer experience in the store.
Apply Visual Merchandising guidelines and create a sparkling clean and organized environment by maintaining store standards
Being responsible for processing cash and card payments.
Stocking shelves with merchandise.
Answering queries from customers.
Reporting discrepancies and problems to the supervisor.
Giving advice and guidance on product selection to customers.
The ideal candidates will be/have:
Previous high end retail experience
An autonomous and results oriented, passionate and motivated individual.
Proactive, good team member and very customer oriented.
Well presented with a professional manner
Fluency in English with any other language skills will be considered a plus.
The role will be retail hours (40 hours/5 days per week) however there is a requirement for shifts as the store will be open 24/7 due to its location and customers served, therefore the successful candidates need to have the flexibility to work shifts and weekends on rotation.
