Job Detail
Our client, a CySEC regulated Forex Company based in Limassol, is looking to hire a Polish speaking Retention Officer. Their approach is customer service oriented (so no aggressive retention style).

Preferable Experience and Qualifications:
University or College degree in any field
Knowledge of Polish & English Language – Greek will be considered an advantage
Good communication, presentation and negotiating skills
The ability to work quickly, under pressure and to deadlines
The ability to work to a high degree of accuracy
Able to work on own initiative and a good team player
High level of self-motivation
Excellent organizational skills
Good analytical skills
Good time management
EU working Permit
Ideally hold the CySEC licence

The working hours are changing. Some days from 9am-6pm and some from 12pm-8pm
