Our client an Ecommerce company based in Limassol are looking to recruit a Personal Assistant with Social Media Skills to join the growing team

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Day-to-day office management
Works closely with marketing manager to create engaging content for company’s social media presence, including keeping social media channels updated and brand-focused, and seeking out new social media avenues and ways of connecting with audiences.
Build relationships with careers advisors, careers coaches from U.S for company’s affiliate marketing channel
Work with HootSuite to schedule company posts on social media platforms
Engages in social media presence creation on new and emerging social media platforms
Schedule and attend meetings, create agendas and take minutes.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Previous demonstrable experience as a Personal Assistant or Online Marketing Assistant
A high fluency in English
Knowledge of social media account management
Confident user of MS Office products.
Ability to analyse and solve problems.
Excellent organization, communication and interpersonal skills.
Planning and decision-making ability with a hands on approach.

WORKING HOURS:
08:00 – 17:00 (lunch break 13:00 – 14:00)

Salary :
From 1000 – 1500 Euros Net monthly
