For their new office in Limassol, this International group of companies is looking for a Russian speaking Office Manager – Administrator. The position is offered on a part time basis. The company buys equipment from different vendors from EU and other countries and sells them to refineries in Russia. The project is planned to be for maximum 2 years, but in case the candidate is good the company might continue cooperation in future as well.
Responsibilities:
Maintaining office systems, including data management and filing
Participation in administrative tasks: preparation, review, filing of contracts, invoices, letters and other documents
Liaising, communication with local and foreign counterparties, corporate administrators, auditors, lawyers etc.
Other supporting secretarial duties: printing, scanning, documents dispatch and other
Control over the circulation of documents
Assistance with bank accounts opening with local and foreign banks
Liaising with Cyprus and International banks on behalf of the clients
Debtors, Creditors, loans balances reconciliation for Group companies
Assistance with day to day accounting operations of Group companies
Performing other duties upon the request of management
Requirements:
Knowledge of Russian language is MUST
Excellent fluency, reading & writing in English
Practical experience in dealing with corporate documents of Cyprus and foreign companies
Ability to understand the contents of financial and legal/corporate material
Practical knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Power Point )
Good analytical skills
Currently staying in Cyprus and eligible to work in Cyprus
Patience and readiness to correct and follow up on various matters
Able to organize and manage time and staff under management efficiently and effectively
