Our client, a Shipping Services Company in Limassol, is looking for an experienced well-rounded Marketing Manager with proven track record in product and brand marketing to establish their market presence and help them grow. They are looking for someone with in depth knowledge of marketing concepts and techniques to help them build a marketing strategy.

This is a key position in the organization. The position reports to the Director of Sales & marketing of the organization.

Work closely with senior staff to develop and execute marketing plans.
Responsible for planning, development and implementation of all of the Company’s communications and public relations activities
Manage branding; printed, digital and social presence activities
Conduct competitive product analysis and market research, evaluate sales performance, and formulate and review long-range plans and goals.
Develop, implement and coordinate marketing activities, plans and programs for Company services including advertising, promotions, collateral, market research, tradeshows, and social media.
Develop advertising plans including segment targeting and brand positioning.
Develop and implement marketing communications materials.
Work with sales and technical staff to create appropriate marketing tools; electronic and printed collateral, tradeshow presentations, etc.
Provide knowledge and understanding about the industry market trends and shifts in technology and users to develop product strategies.
Provide management with predictions of future market conditions and estimates of market penetration.
Work with sales to establish and manage the channel network.
Develop strategy for topics, writing, editing and overseeing email lists and deployment.
Publicity and marketing materials for new sales initiatives and programs, such as dedicated incentive programs. Details include writing copy for dedicated webpages, email marketing, sales presentations.
Create sales materials for tradeshows including PowerPoint presentations, and trade show promotion.
Website management including creating, monitoring, and updating copy, deadlines, editorial calendars, online media kits and more. Work with designer to update graphics and layout as needed. Periodically updating entire website and working with developer, designer and web ops as needed.

Outstanding written and verbal communications skills
In depth knowledge of marketing concepts and techniques
Strong experience in content writing
Creative and hands-on
Proficiency in both left-brain and right-brain thinking
Strong organizational, prioritization and project management skills and the demonstrated ability to manage and track multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Must be a motivated, strategic thinker able to implement programs to drive business success
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing; an MBA is preferred but not required
6-8 years experience in B2B service and product marketing
Ability to work well within team and independently
Ability to deal with pressure and deadlines
Expert in using social media, and digital tools achieve position responsibilities.
Ability to travel internationally to setup, attend, and manage trade shows and meet clients

The working hours are office hours (starting between 8 and 10 and finishing between 5 and 7, 40 hours per week)
