An International Fintech Electronic Money (EMI) Company in Limassol is looking for a Payments Product Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Product planning, coordination and execution throughout the Product Lifecycle
  • Managing multiple products journals
  • Configuration of the System / software based on the business requirements
  • Defining the product vision and working closely with the stakeholders to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction
  • Managing and negotiating relationships with third party suppliers
  • Optimizing and improving product with innovative features
  • Engaging in ongoing competitive analysis of competition
  • Managing and maintaining excellent working relationships with development teams
  • Building on collaboration, brainstorming and communication
  • Quantifying and analyzing business value for new features and feature improvements

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in product management and business analysis within the Fintech sector, specifically in the payments industry
  • An understanding of software development an ability to work closely with Technology teams in scheduling functional and non-functional requirements
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, able to write clearly and interact well with all levels of audience
  • Good attention to detail, an ability to assimilate, sort and aggregate complex information quickly
  • Strong teamwork, co-ordination, planning and influencing skills
  • Analytical, familiar with interpreting data leading to valuable, actionable insights
  • Creative thinking backed by strong analytical and problem-solving skills

A financial broker is looking for a Banking and PSP Exec / Manager to work remotely in Cyprus. The company is considered one of the largest Forex and CFD brokers in the world. Essential Skills: 

You must be able to evidence experience in the following: 

  • Opening bank and PSPs accounts for forex (or alternatively, gaming or payment services / EMI) organisations. You should be able to demonstrate experience in the detail, taking applications from beginning to a successful completion – completing application forms, KYC, responding to queries etc.  
  • New Business: Researching the market and identifying reputable banking and PSP companies for us to partner with both in existing geographies and new target markets. 
  • Technical Implementation: Experience in preparing business requirements for the integration of new PSPs. You should be able to demonstrate an ability to work closely and communicate well with the IT team. 
  • AML: You have a strong awareness of what good looks like in respect of AML standards and can evidence having applied this, for example when opening for new accounts, ensuring AML requirements and standards are upheld when integrating new PSPs, dealing with queries or in maintaining AML standards of operation with banking and PSP partners. 
  • Working closely with Banking staff both in written and verbal form to complete applications and handle queries.  Fluency in English both verbal and written is essential. Additional languages would be considered an advantage.

  • Geographical Exposure: Experience working with South-East Asia markets would be a priority, with other emerging geographies being a strong advantage.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor the daily sales processes closely and keeping a track of Sales Prospects
  • Develop new Sales Verticals by Identify new business opportunities that may arise through LinkedIn, social media and strategic partnerships
  • Create sales and progress reports for senior executives
  • In all internal and external communications, present a professional and positive image of the department and the company as well as maintaining constructive relationships

This International Fintech Electronic Money (EMI) Company in Limassol is looking for a Transaction Monitoring with experience preferably from the payments industry – EMIs / PSPs. 

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct investigative research using appropriate techniques and sources
  • Liaise with our banking partners to gather additional information where necessary to conclude your investigation
  • Maintain detailed records of all investigations and findings
  • Provide consistent detailed rationales for decisioning alerts
  • Ensure alerts are handled in accordance with defined procedures and meet standards for both quality and timeliness
  • Where necessary, file unusual activity reports with the Anti-Financial Crime Team/MLRO
  • Provide detailed report to Senior Management on a monthly basis
  • Using this intelligence to detect individuals and groups of customers which are potentially engaged in money laundering
  • Conducting and documenting targeted and thorough investigations into our customers and the activity seen on their bank accounts
  • Gathering information from publicly available resources, the customer, their relationship manager, and internal systems
  • Examining client information and documentation, making sure that they're adequate and appropriate
  • Performing checks on the information the client provides as well as assessing political exposure, adverse media, and sanctions connections. 

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience of working as a Compliance Officer / Transaction Monitoring role
  • CySEC advanced certification – advantage
  • Working experience within a Payments Industry/Electronic Money Institution mainly within an EMIs or PSPs working with high-risk verticals and jurisdictions
  • Experience in an AML/Anti Financial Crime related role in Proficient, practical knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering requirements including Money Laundering Regulations
  • Hands-on approach with the ability to manage own caseload taking full responsibility for the entire investigation process from start to finish
  • A self-starter and problem-solver who is creative, can hit the ground running and is hungry to contribute to the group's success story, who can think strategically as well as at a detailed, implementation level
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Organised with strong attention to detail
  • Self-motivated/positive attitude
