Arabic-speaking Back Office Agent
Our client, a Regulated Forex Company with a comfortable office in the city center in Limassol, is looking to hire an Arabic-speaking Back Office Agent. Great opportunity for graduates!
Assisting with the daily execution of tasks relating to client’s deposits and account maintenance
Receive & review clients appropriately
Constantly liaise with clients regarding the collection of documentation
Processing client’s fund
Maintain accurate records of procedures & tasks
Support with Clients inquiries/requests to the relevant department within the company
Native or fluent in Arabic
Fluent in English
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Works well under pressure
Previous experience in a similar position will be considered as an advantage
Being able to work on shifts (including weekends)
The working hours are based on rotating weekly shifts (08:00 – 16:00 or 14:00 – 22:00) with 1 weekend per month.
