Our client is a well-established Regulated FX Trading Broker and the trusted financial broker in the Middle East with offices in Cyprus, Bulgaria, Israel and South Africa and they are looking for a Head of Arabic Desk to join their team based in Limassol.

Assess the company’s standings in the Middle East market.
Lead the Arabic IB/sales and retention team to initiate and nurture relationships with our business partners, such as affiliates, Introducing Brokers (IBs) and third-party businesses. Recruit, train, coach and monitor the sales teams.
Manage & Monitor the performance & activities of the Sales teams.
Manage and coach the team which comprises team leads and country managers for Middle East region.
Define our global partnership strategy, from the channels and tools we use to our outreach and relationship-management initiatives.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new markets to expand our partnership network.
Travel to key markets to establish new partnerships and support existing partners.
Meeting with active and potential IBs & VIP clients whenever applicable.

Experience in financial service and Forex industry
Extensive sales experience
A university degree in marketing, business administration, or any other related discipline.
More than 5 years’ experience in affiliate marketing, business development, and other closely related communication skills.
Exceptional oral and written English and Arabic communication skills.
Passion for networking and meeting new people.
Friendly and approachable personality.
Ability to think critically and exercise good judgment in any situation.
