Our client is a well-established Corporate Services Firm based in Limassol and they are looking to employ a responsible Corporate Administrator.
Administration of the Cyprus and foreign companies (update and filling of corporate documents and agreements)
Registrar of Companies (preparation and submissions of forms, Apostille preparation of client files with originals), preparation of M&A (hardcopy) for submission
Entry in Ebos of all new companies, clients, changes, share Certificate issuances
Certification and Apostille of documents
Overall corporate administration to be instructed from time to time from the manager and including the execution of client orders
At least 3 years’ experience as a corporate administrator
Fluency in English and Greek
Very good organizational and communication skills
Excellent computer skills
Ability to execute tasks under pressure
Strong leading character
Able to multitask and follow up various things
Use of Ebos
The company is offering a salary of 2,000 Euros gross plus benefits plus 13th salary
The working hours are Monday to Thursday from 8am – 5pm and on Friday from 9am to 2pm.
