Our client, a well-established construction/real estate and property management firm, is looking for an experienced accountant to join their team in Ayia Napa.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for conducting accounting work including:
Timely invoicing
Review of monthly collections
Payroll preparation
Bank reconciliation
Vat forms preparation and submission
On-time review and submission of tax returns such as Employer’s return, Special Defence Contribution on rentals
Prepare management reports
Assist/Liaise with the external auditors for the preparation of audited financial statements of the Company.

Prerequisites
Holder of a degree or a professional qualification related to accounting.
At least 3 years of recent practicable accounting experience.
Excellent command of the Greek and English languages, both verbal and written.
Communication skills

An attractive and competitive remuneration package will be offered in accordance with the qualifications and practicable experience.
Salary based on qualification and experience. Up to 24K EUR Gross/Annual
