For our client, a well-established company in the Media, Communication and Marketing industry, we are looking for motivated and experienced Support Agents with fluency in Italian, to join the team in Limassol.

What will you do:
The main task of the Support Agent is to assist customers via online chat, in and outgoing calls, and email.

Your Profile:
We need a reliable team player, with good communication skills, commercial flair and a flexible disposition.
Must speak Italian fluently + decent level English is a must, any other language is a plus, especially French
Availability for late (night) shifts and weekend shifts is a must
Candidate must have good communication skills, feel confident towards customers (written + phone)
Experience in Customer Service is obviously an advantage.
Must be available for late shifts + weekend shifts.
