Our client is an established CySEC regulated Forex company based in Limassol and they are currently looking to recruit an experienced Deputy COO [Chief Operating Officer] for the company’s group.

The successful candidate will support the implementation of the company’s strategy, guidance and leadership across the group on all aspects of the key risk areas of operation. Minimum three years in a similar role it’s a must.

Main Responsibilities/ Duties:
Ensuring compliance of the company’s activities with local legislation
Facilitating effective communication among the company’s branches
Problem-solving to ensure the smooth operation of a company offices
Supporting and guide various company departments
Ensuring preparation of corporate decisions and monitoring their execution
Participation in decision making on the matters related to the company and its projects
Following up with the relationship manager and assisting him with any open issues
Collaboration with company’s IBs
Implementing new procedures and protocols

Requirements:
Proven three years’ experience in a generalist management role within the forex industry with subject matter expertise and experience in a wide range of operational areas.
University Degree in Law, Business, Economics or any other relevant field
Fluency in English is a must
Native Hebrew Speaker – an advantage
Excellent understanding of CySEC rules and regulations
Ability to act at pace, with control together with the ability to focus on the key risks and operational excellence across the breadth of the activities are crucial attributes
Ability to interact with all departments
Experience in team management
Negotiation skills
