Back Office / Office Administrator
Our client is a growing CYSEC regulated Investment Firm and they are looking for a Back Office / Office Administrator to join their team based in Nicosia.
Responsibilities:
Preparing and submitting applications to CySec
Providing assistance and support to the Executive Director and various departments
Comply with KYC requirements and keeping updated records in the database
Liaising with service providers, authorities and various external parties as may be requested from time to time
Administrative support, filing, responding to emails general Compliance Administration.
Required Qualifications:
At least 1 year of experience in Back Office role in a CIF.
Other Requirements:
Strong self-starter personality with initiative and the ability to commence and conclude issues from start to finish
Excellent skills in document and process formation
Fluency in Greek and English is a must
Working Hours:
Monday- Friday 09:30- 17:30
