Back Office Officer
Our client, an international service provider to the online financial trading industries (Forex, Crypto-Currencies) with offices internationally, is looking to hire a Back Office Officer to be based at their offices in Limassol.
The position will be responsible for:
Reviewing and updating existing KYC, AML and Risk Management procedures, in close cooperation with the company’s Compliance Department,
Work closely with the management team to align customer service department policies and systems with the company’s objectives,
Develop and implement procedures pertinent to the effective and efficient running of the department,
Coordinate charge-backs and any risk matters with the Financial Controller,
Record details of all client inquiries, comments, and complaints,
Identify possible fraud, list withdrawals and charge-backs per brand and desk,
Ensure the CRM is up-to-date with the running operations including client wallets, trading accounts funded, and withdrawals executed.
Prepare insightful reports to the affiliate manager, demonstrating leads generated per affiliate funnel.
The ideal candidate will have:
Previous back office experience within a Forex company is a must.
Excellent command of the English language.
Any additional languages would be considered an advantage.
Computer literacy with a very good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
The working hours are Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week.
The company is offering a salary based on qualifications and experience, including 21 days annual paid vacation plus 3 days fully paid sick leave.
