Our client is a CySec licensed FX Company and they are looking to hire a Hebrew Retention Representative to join the team based in Limassol.

Responsibilities:
Reception of clients into the Company
Assisting clientele with transacting funds
Assisting clientele with company’s services
Negotiating better conditions with company’s clients
Building and maintaining business relationships between the company & clients
Handling of customers complaints

Requirements:
Hebrew speaker – Native
English speaker
BA Graduate
Sales/ portfolio managing experience

Advantage to have:
Financial markets experience
Additional languages
European residency

Working Hours:
9am – 6pm

Relocation package to Cyprus offered.
