This company provides management services to international real estate developers and investors who focus on the UK market and they have their financial headquarters in Nicosia. They provide all back-office services for bookkeeping, accounting, financial control, banking activities, HR, payroll, finance and funding applications, overheads management and company secretarial to a wide range of clients based in Cyprus and UK.

The role will be to assist the Chief Accountant to review financial records, draft financial reports and to submit the reports to project managers, directors and the authorities where relevant.

Requirements:
Chartered, ACA, ACCA or similar qualification
At least 2 years post qualification experience as an Accountant
Strong command of English
Very proactive, being able to work without supervision
Experience in construction/property/real estate is a plus

The working hours are 9:00 to 18:00, Monday to Friday, with an hour lunch break.

Salary of 36 – 40K Euros gross (dependent on skills and experience)
