Our client is a market leading CFD online trading service provider based in Limassol and they are currently looking to recruit a Compliance Assistant to join the Compliance Department
The ideal candidate will be a junior young individual who will deal with pure (mostly of monitoring nature) compliance duties and progress/grow internally i.e. monitoring affiliate websites, monitoring customer support communications with clients, handle customer complaints, draft policies, perform compliance audits/checks and report monitoring findings for various areas posing compliance risk etc.

The successful candidate will report to the Head of Compliance.
Main responsibilities may include any of the following:
Review and approve content and marketing communications including affiliate partners’ websites.
Monitor communications with clients.
Assist in the handling of client complaints and/or monitor the handling of client complaints.
Draft relevant compliance policies and procedures and monitor their practical implementation by the relevant departments.
Assist in the preparation of relevant reports to regulatory authorities and/or management, as needed.
Conduct internal compliance audits and report relevant monitoring findings and recommendations for correction of any deficiencies to the Head of Compliance.
Keep abreast with relevant regulatory updates, and report in summary form such updates to the Head of Compliance.
Undertake other compliance duties as requested by the Head of Compliance.
Profile of the ideal candidate:
University degree in Law/Business/Finance/Risk Management/Accounting/Economics or a related field.
Between 1-3 years of experience within the forex industry will be considered an advantage.
Holder of CySEC certification will be considered an advantage, if not, the successful candidate will have to pass the relevant CySEC examination.
Excellent knowledge of English.
Very good communication and interpersonal skills.
Flexible, energetic with a positive attitude.
Salary and Benefits:
A competitive remuneration package will be offered to the successful candidate according to qualifications and experience. (1800 – 2200 Euros gross x 12 months)
