Our client is a Forex company regulated by CySEC and they are currently seeking to recruit an experienced CRM Manager for their Head Office based in Limassol.
Working closely with customer service, marketing staff and operations
Helping with budgeting and forecasting.
Being in command for retention campaigns, from conceptualization through to analysis.
Idea generation, proposal preparation, overseeing the production process and overseeing execution.
Preparing all essential in house reports
Putting focus on activities that create lifetime customers.
Following up on every issue and ensure complete satisfaction and maximum utilization of the product or services sold to customers.
At least 1 years experience as a CRM Manager or any Marketing Manager or Social Media role with experience working with CRM systems.
Understanding of customer relationship management theory and practice.
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
Highly organised and methodical, with excellent attention to details.
Must be able to work under pressure and maintain a positive attitude, with the
ability to problem solve and adapt to changing business requirements
