This company provides management services to international real estate developers and investors who focus on the UK market and they have their financial headquarters in Nicosia. They provide all back-office services for bookkeeping, accounting, financial control, banking activities, HR, payroll, finance and funding applications, overheads management and company secretarial to a wide range of clients based in Cyprus and UK. They are looking for a Database Administrator and Report Developer.

Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for understanding all bugs and system issues reported by users, preparing examples to demonstrate issue to developers and ensure developers fix all issues.
Testing all new features and existing features with software version releases. Preparing a snag list and improvement suggestions for new features when delivered.
Analysing the business function for the report requirements by working closely with the users. Defining all requirements for the new/existing report. Developing the reports in MS Access to the standard of our current programmers, ensuring the data is accurate, reliable and usable. Overseeing rollout and testing of new reports. Address any snags that might come up and developing improvements needed by the users.
Performing data clean-ups on the database as needed, whilst ensuring the integrity of the database

Requirements:
Excellent understanding of database design and experience in Transact SQL.
Programming experience in VBA, VB or other object orientated programming language.
Experience in developing reports in Visual Basic or MS Access.
Experience in software support and working closely with users.
Strong command of the English language.
Excellent communication skills.

The working hours are 9:00 to 18:00, Monday to Friday, with an hour lunch break.
