Our client is a well established full service law firm based here in Limassol specialising in Corporate and Financial Law. They are looking to employ a Corporate/ Commercial Lawyer to join their team here in Cyprus.

Responsibilities
Drafting and reviewing a variety of corporate and commercial documents.
Assisting in the handling of all corporate legal processes including mergers & acquisitions, securities offerings, intellectual property, compliance issues, etc.
Research and anticipate legal risks

Requirements:
Relevant law degree
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Detail-oriented.
Strong computer skills and competency.
Professional attitude and strong personal ethics.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a law firm environment.
Fluent in Greek and English.
Basic litigation skills will be considered a positive.
