Our client is a well-established CySEC regulated Forex Company with offices in Limassol and they are currently expanding their Retention department and recruiting further experienced Retention Agents with the following language skills ( Dutch / Swedish / Spanish/ Indonesian / Malay)

Responsibilities:
Build relationships with existing clients in order to increase the client’s lifespan
Contact existing clients ensuring they receive the highest level of service
Communicate on a daily basis with existing clients & if needed potential clients

Skills:
At least 1 year experience in Retention within the forex industry
Fluent in English plus Dutch / Swedish / Spanish/ Indonesian / Malay
Computer literate
Self-motivated and target-oriented
Ability to work under pressure
Strong organizational, motivational and communication skills

Basic salary from 1800 Euros upwards to be negotiated at interview based on skills and experience plus an excellent commission structure built to maximise earning potential
