Portuguese Speaker Customer Support (Minimum 1 year Experience)
Our client is a CySEC licensed forex broker is looking to recruit a dynamic Portuguese Speaking Customer Support officer with a minimum 1 year experience, who will be dealing with incoming calls and out-going calls to existing clients join their team in Limassol. This is the Cyprus branch of a well-established global group of companies with over 10 years of history in servicing the financial markets.
The successful candidate will need to handle all client queries via live chats, emails and phone calls for the group; and any other duty assigned by the Customer Support department.
There will also be an expectation to contact and follow up with existing clients – OUTGOING CALLS to see if assistance is required.
This is a very ACTIVE Customer Support Role.
The Customer Support employee will process appropriate verification procedures according to client classifications. The candidate will be the first point of contact for existing Portuguese Speaking clients and assist internally, all other departments according to their needs.
1+ year experience in a Customer Support position in a regulated financial services company will be considered an advantage;
Excellent knowledge of the English Language both written and oral, is a Must;
Excellent knowledge of English
Deep Understanding and experience with financial products and ETDs such as Futures & Options, will be considered a big advantage;
College or university degree;
Organized, diligent and detail oriented;
Computer literate, good capacity of Microsoft Office applications;
Professionalism, work ethic, Self-motivation and a Team player;
Positive can-do attitude;
Working days will be from Monday – Friday – 8 hours per day;
Salary of up to 2000 Euros gross per month + Incentives
