Our client, one of the largest accounting and advisory organizations in Cyprus, is looking for a motivated Administration Assistant to join their team in Nicosia. The role is offered on a temporary basis for one month.
Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure
Typing, preparing, filing the documents and forms
Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible
Maintaining archive of documents;
Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as assigned
Liaising with relevant organizations, authorities.
Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate
Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
Make travel arrangements for executives
Monitor office supplies
Filling out forms for the Cyprus Company Registry and other authorities.
The ideal candidate will have/be:
At least 1 year of experience as a secretary or similar administrative role, preferably in an Audit Firm. Proficient in MS Office and work with office equipment
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities
Integrity and confidentiality
Fluent in English and Greek
The client offers a salary of 900 euros gross.
Working hours: Standard working hours Monday- Thursday and Friday is a half day.
