Our client, a global digital publisher and marketing company established in 2008 which attracts paying users from different online channels and directs them to online gambling operators, is looking for a new Collection Account Manager due to their continued growth. This is not a customer service role, but the role includes communication with customers to clarify discrepancies and for reconciliation purposes.
Responsibilities:
Managing the collection for portfolio of accounts
Communication with customers on a regular basis
Reconciliation of customer accounts
Coordination and problem solving with the customers
Daily communication with other internal departments
Establish productive, professional relationships with existing personnel
Meet assigned targets for collection objectives in assigned accounts

Requirements:
Degree in business, economics or related subject
Experience with collections/receivables/accountancy is an advantage
Good Microsoft office skills (word, excel)
Fluent English
Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
Good organisational skills and ability to multi-task
Ability to work under pressure
Well rounded, adaptable and flexible

Fluent in English, written and oral
Accounting or gaming experience
Experience with collections would be a big advantage
Good ability to handle multiple tasks
Very well organised
Excellent customer service
Ability to work in a team environment
Outstanding communication skills

The working hours are from 9am to 6pm or 8am to 5pm

The company is offering a salary of €1,500 – 1,600 gross plus medical insurance, gym subscription and lunch cover.
