Business Account Manager
Our Client, a professional Payment Services Provider is looking for Business Account Managers to join their team. The Business Account Manager will become a key contributor in growing the existing customer base and improving the quality of the services provided by the company.
The ideal candidate will have great motivation, and will be able to push himself/herself and his/hers customers to perform at their best, but at the same time will be able to listen to all arising issues and will be open minded to resolve all problems.
PERSONAL AND PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
o Past professional experience (1-2 years) in Payments Industry (Sales / Business development / Account Management or other customer-facing roles)
o Make it happen personality who can get things done fast.
o Exceptional time-management and organizational skills.
o Negotiation, sales skills and excellent interpersonal skills.
o Good learning attitude and strong result and quality driven mindset.
o Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
o Must be fluent in English, other languages – advantage.
Developing business and actively engaging new merchants using variety of methods and techniques (utilizing existing databases, finding new leads at the trade shows or conferences, partnering with various ISOs and re-sellers, cold calling etc.)
Prospecting for and running sales presentations
Explaining our value proposition to potential clients
Educating merchants and business owners on the payment processing industry
Maintaining entire sale cycle starting with a lead generation till a merchant goes live
Upselling current clients on our other products and services
Maintaining regular communication with your customers
Actively networking and socializing, traveling to meet with clients and represent company on various shows and events
Willing to grow and develop in order to become a Business Development Director and manage own team in a short-term perspective
o Business Level English, other languages are a plus.
o Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
o Strong client relationship management skills
o Excellent problems solving skills.
o High level of organization with fine attention to detail.
o Advanced efficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and google products, Internet savvy.
o Hard working, Motivated
o Able to travel a lot and work flexible hours if needed
Salary: 1500-2500 EUR based on qualifications ( + Commissions scheme)
