Our client is a Marketing & Telecom Services and Value-Added Services Company in Larnaca. The company is looking for a creative, innovative, proactive IVR (Interactive Voice Response) Analyst who can work independently and comes with solutions. The candidate needs to understand the structure of the IT setup, so someone with a with a degree in Computer Science and an interest in telecom. The first contract will be for 6 months but the aim is to get a permanent contract after these 6 months. The company is looking for someone who can start immediately or very soon.
The position of IVR reporter is ideally suited to a computer savvy, numbers friendly, analytical, problem-solving kind of person who will be responsible for monitoring a dashboard with telecom data and generating reports for the data analyst every 2 hours. So, we are looking for someone who gets excited by high tech and working with numbers.
Build Voice or Recorded files from Text (TTS)
Monitor the Dashboard of the IVR system and pull out the reports
College or equivalent education in IP or technical field
Good MS skills with thorough knowledge of Excel
Motivated to deliver accurate timely reports of a high quality
Analytical and methodical mind with the ability to remain focused on objectives
Fluency in English
Knowledge of IVR systems and able to understand its Infrastructure is a plus
Knowledge of VoIP, dialling and testing the IVR system through Softphones is a plus
Knowledge of TTS platform from AWS poly or IBM Watson is a plus
Able to build Voice or Recorded files from Text (TTS) is a plus
Monitor the Dashboard of the IVR system and pull out the reports is a plus
API knowledge of the uses between IVR and TTS is a plus
The working hours are 8am – 5pm or 9am – 6pm
