Junior HR / Administrative Assistant
Our client is a Marketing & Telecom Services and Value-Added Services Company in Larnaca. The company is looking for a creative, innovative, proactive Junior HR / Administrative Assistant who can work independently and comes with solutions. The candidate needs to have a background in recruitment and HR administration and they are looking for someone who is willing to learn and to do office administration tasks such as assisting the lawyer, the accountant, etc. The first contract will be for 6 months but the aim is to get a permanent contract after these 6 months. The company is looking for someone who can start immediately or very soon. Part-time would also be possible.
To confer with management and apply company policies to the personnel function
To oversee the recruitment and hiring process and conduct selection interviews
To liaise with the Legal Department in drawing up employment contracts
To maintain personnel records and monitor employee performance
To review time and activity logs, and assist Accounts with payroll deposition
To act as conduit between staff and management, and to undertake such actions as will maintain a positive and co-operative working environment
A relevant college or equivalent degree in HR management
Experience as an HR assistant
Have recruitment and hiring skills
Have strong computer skills with emphasis on Excel
Be fluent in Greek and English, oral and written
Be self-motivated, organizational, and able to work with minimal supervision
The working hours are 8am – 5pm or 9am – 6pm (Part-time would also be possible).
