Customer Service Representative
Our Client, a well established Retail chain of stores, engaged in providing fast, professional and reliable smartphones, tablets, laptops and PCs repairs, and the sale of phone accessories, is looking for a Customer Service Representative for their store in Paralimni.
Welcoming customers to the Store
Listening and comprehending their request and matters
Be able to handle customer request and provide follow up concerning the status of the repair/order
Provide exceptional Customer Service
Ability to communicate in a timely and effective manner with the Technicians and the Management
1-2 years previous experience in front desk client service
Fluent in both Greek and English (written and spoken). Knowledge of any other language will be considered as an additional advantage.
Computer Literate (use of Social Media, Microsoft Office). Any additional IT skills will be considered an advantage.
1. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 9:00-13:00 and from 14:00 to 18:00, or from 10:00-14:00 and from 15:00 to 19:00, (depending on the instructions of the Management).
2. Wednesday from 9:00-14:30 or from 13:30-17:00 or from 14:00-18:00 (depending on the instructions of the Management).
3. Saturday from 9:00-14:00 on rotation with the other Customer Service Representative of the Store.
Salary starting from 1,150 EUR Gross/Month (based on skills and experience) + 13th salary.
