Our client is a real estate development holding with a portfolio of exclusive residential and commercial projects and are looking to recruit an Market Analyst for their offices in Limassol.
The successful candidate will work as part of a team providing financial analysis in support to the financing, acquisition, marketing and sales of certain real estate projects. He will provide detailed advice and analysis on economic conditions, market trends, historical performance and model the effects of these new variables on various projects.
Responsibilities will include:
Assisting in the production of regular market performance assessment reports for individual projects as well as the industry as a whole to identify key trends and adjust expectations
Monitoring and analyzing specified residential and commercial real estate market conditions.
Assisting in the maintenance of the company’s forward-looking real estate financial models, modelling new scenarios to assist the decision making process.
Monitoring and analyzing key economic and demographic trends and reporting key developments on a regular basis.
Assists in applying the market research gathered to determine the marketing and pricing strategy of the company.
University degree in finance, mathematics/statistics or similar
Relevant experience of a least of 2 years (experience in real estate industry an advantage)
English proficient (Russian an advantage but not a must)
Strong analytical skills and experience with financial analysis
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
Organizational, planning skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team centered, results-driven environment
Strong advantage: professional career in the Big Four (KPMG, E&Y, PwC, Deloitte)
Salary EUR 3000 net/month (negotiable)
