Our client is the biggest branchless (fully-online) bank, providing the best and unique financial services for clients to work with their accounts online. They are looking for QA Specialists for their office based in Limassol to work in the team for Cards Processing, Core-banking and Billing systems teams. Their QA engineers are familiar with all the features of financial services and operations, understand the architecture of financial systems, analyze and ensure test coverage, conduct the necessary set of checks, from functional testing to load tests, pay great attention to the automation of testing of their project.

Conduct manual functional testing of software within Cards Processing Center: banking billing system, mobile operator billing system, other applications
Conduct functional testing of integration services and solutions within the bank’s information infrastructure with adjacent IT-systems (CRM-systems, Core Banking Systems, DWH, Online banking)
Participate in regression testing, analyze test results
Participate in automation test writing
Find defects, fix them in the bug-tracking system, control bug-fixing process
Write test documentation (test-cases, check-lists, test-plans, etc.)
Work in Agile team, actively interact with analysts, developers and testers
Participate in team meetings, work with task-tracker system, bug-tracker system and other designated communication and documentation resources in a timely manner
Continuously improve your skills and expertise

Excellent knowledge of theory, principles and methodology of testing
Good knowledge of software development process and methodology
Excellent skills in test-cases design and test data preparation;
SQL. Good knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL, experience with Oracle DB (we use Oracle 10g and above); we expect that you know data types and their transformations, able to write complex queries with sub-queries, can use joins
Good knowledge of web-services and API testing and experience using Postman and SoapUI
Java. Knowledge of basics in Java and test-automation
Professional experience with Jira, TeamCity, TestRail
Git. Experience with Git (knows how to create a project, how to create a merge request)
MQ. Knows how to put/get message to/from the queue
Considered a plus: experience in (either) domains of core-banking systems (Retail and SME products), banking cards processing, billing of the mobile operator
Teamwork skills and ability to communicate efficiently with colleagues via remote channels (Skype, Slack, Zoom etc.)
Stress resistance, analytical mind and structured presentation of thoughts
English-technical reading and writing
Russian fluent reading and writing
Enthusiasm to get deeper into the business context, understand the tasks and problems of users and strive to make truly useful products
Holder of a valid Cyprus residence and work permit
