Retention Agent (English Speaking)
Our client is a Financial Trading Firm in Limassol looking for English-speaking Retention Agents.
- Managing existing client relationships globally in order to retain the client relationship by offering an high level of service and market knowledge.
- The Retention Officer will be responsible for the communication with existing clients and presenting the Company's services. This will entail dealing with clients' inquiries via email and telephone as well as assisting clients with queries and questions.
- The Retention officer will also be providing 1 on 1 sessions to the clients to offer educational material, support and guidance whilst maintaining professionalism and the regulations towards the client.
- Excellent knowledge of English (native or neutral accent)
- Previous online retention experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Work well under pressure
- Be Computer literate
- Good Knowledge of the financial Markets
- Ability to work on own initiative, expand and generate business
- Strong organizational, motivational and communication skills.
- 3000 Gross Basic + Commission
- The working hours :6am-3pm with 1 hour lunch
