Corporate Services Manager
This Corporate Services Company in Nicosia is looking for a Corporate Services Manager with at least 10 years of experience (filings, resolutions, review agreements, managing a team, etc.). In this role you will me managing a team of people.
Responsibilities:
- Managing a team of corporate administrators
- Provide high level administrative, strategic planning and operational support
- Offer advice and support to senior management
- Monitoring and reviewing work done by the corporate administrators
- Preparation and application of company formation – registering companies in Cyprus and other foreign jurisdictions
- Preparation of documentation effecting changes in the companies’ structure
- Record keeping and administrations – including minutes of meetings, communication with members, directors etc. all company records
- Communication with clients on a daily basis and dealing with their everyday needs and corporate administration affairs
- Co-ordinating jobs within other departments of the company,
- Preparing Power of Attorney, Resolutions, Minutes, Trust Deeds, Indemnity letters and other various corporate documents
- Preparing and filing documents with the Registrar of Companies, liaising with solicitors and other intermediaries and comply with the firm’s procedures and the relevant Law and regulations
- Reviewing companies files and preparing all the necessary documents
- Communication with local and foreign banks and preparation of applications regarding the opening of bank accounts and subsequent maintenance
- Maintaining of the statutory records and ensuring that the client companies meet all legal obligations
- Reviewing of KYC due diligence to comply with the firm’s procedures and the relevant Law and regulations
Requirements:
- At least 10 years experience as a Corporate Services Administrator 2 of which need to be at Managerial level
- Ability to train and mentor team members
- Professional knowledge of English verbal and written
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills
- Excellent digital literacy skills
Working hours:
- The working hours are Monday to Friday 08.00 – 13.00 and 15:00 – 18:00
