Coffee Shop/Restaurant Manager
A popular and very busy coffee shop / restaurant in My Mall, Limassol, is urgently in need of your expertise! If you have experience as a Restaurant or a Coffee Shop Manager, then please apply today.
Responsibilities:
- Managing daily front- and back-of-house restaurant operations
- Supervising daily shift operations
- Training new staff members
- Stock control
- Interacting with guests and keeping them happy
Requirements:
- Experience as a waiter and/or previous manager/supervisor experience
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Proficient in basic computer usage such as email, ordering and POS systems
- Approachable, friendly, and competent leader of a team
- Ability to work in shifts, coordinated with the one other Restaurant / Coffee Shop Manager on the staff, to cover all operating hours.
